What data we process and why
The data you provide through the contact form (name, company, email and your message) is used exclusively to answer your commercial enquiry and manage any relationship arising from it. The legal basis is your consent and, where applicable, the performance of pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention and recipients
We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and to meet applicable legal obligations. We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required.
Contact form
The contact form is delivered through the FormSubmit service, which acts as data processor and forwards the message to our mailbox. The data is used only to reply to you. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@gma2000.com. If you prefer, you can email us directly at that address instead of using the form.
Third party resources
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.). When you visit the page, your browser requests those files from Google's servers, which receive your IP address as a technical part of the request. You can read Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. We are working to serve the typefaces from our own domain and remove this external request.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@gma2000.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be used for the site to function, which do not require consent under current regulations.
